TAKE FLIGHT is my newest program. 

It is a complete 90-day, three-phase program designed for athletes who are looking to improve their physical fitness and jumping ability. 

Phase One: Foundation

Phase Two: Force

Phase Three: Flight

Each phase has five prescribed days: one upper body day, one lower body day, one plyometric day, one core day, and one conditioning day per week. They all have similar components: strength, volume, and conditioning.

This program is designed for you to push yourself. Don't pace! You want to be gradually increasing weight as the days go by. YOU WILL BE SORE; TRAIN THROUGH IT!

In order to complete this program, you need access to a gym (you will use a stability ball, chains, and bands on top of free weights.)
